The terms that apply when you shop with Pen-Y-Waun Farm online or in person.

1. About us
This website is operated by Pen-Y-Waun Farm ("we", "us", "our"). Our farm shop is located at 57 St Teilo St, Pontarddulais, Swansea SA4 8ST, United Kingdom. Online orders are processed through our Shopify-powered store and are subject to Shopify's platform terms in addition to these terms.

2. Placing an order
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. All orders are an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.
3. Products
Our products are fresh, home-reared meat. Cut weights, sizes and colour may vary slightly from the images shown. Where an item is sold by approximate weight (e.g. half or whole boxes), the final price is based on the actual butchered weight.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments and supported providers. We are not liable for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious mistake.
5. Delivery & collection
We deliver to selected UK postcodes and offer collection from the farm shop. Delivery windows and any minimum-order requirements are shown at checkout. Someone aged 18+ must be available to receive chilled orders. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
6. Cancellations & returns
Because our products are fresh, perishable food, statutory rights of return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply once the order has been dispatched. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details of how we handle damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory orders.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes (including any 10% welcome code) are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined with other offers, exclude half and whole boxes and may be withdrawn at any time.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
