The Tamworth is a heritage pig breed with a striking ginger-red coat — perfectly adapted to life outdoors. Our pigs forage freely across the farm, developing the dense, sweet, deeply flavoured pork that industrial breeds simply can't match.
Slow-grown, outdoor-reared and hand-cut here on the farm. The result is pork with real character: rich chops, glossy crackling, and sausages and bacon made in-house from every carcass.

Whole, half and quarter pigs available. Everything vacuum-packed and ready for the freezer.
