The heritage Tamworth is Britain's oldest native pig breed — a hardy, ginger-coated rare breed that thrives outdoors and produces sweet, dense, deeply-flavoured pork. Slow-grown on pasture and hand-cut here at Pen-Y-Waun Farm, every cut in this box comes straight off the farm from our own Tamworth herd.
